2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
14 oz rice, cooked
1/2 can water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms
2 stalks of celery
1 stalk of broccoli
2 c peas
Rinse chicken, sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix soups with 2 cans of water or milk and pour over chicken into crock pot. Add vegetables. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
