3 medium chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1/2 lb swiss cheese
2 - 6.5 oz can of mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Saute mushrooms. Place chicken in square pan. Cover chicken with mushrooms. Slice swiss cheese and place the slices over the mushrooms. Spread one can of soup over the swiss cheese, covering. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
For a "less mushroom" experience replace soup with Cream of Chicken soup, and/or leave out the sauteed mushrooms.
