1/2 c butter
1 c white sugar
1 egg
1/2 c sour cream
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 & 1/2 - 3 c flour
Cream butter, sugar and egg. Add sour cream and soda. Stir in salt, vanilla and flour. Roll out on floured surface and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
