32 oz shredded hash browns
1 c grated cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c sour cream
1/2 c sauteed or 1/4 c dehydrated onions
Topping:
2 c crushed cornflakes
2 Tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all together and pour into 9 X 13 pan. Topping: mix butter into cornflakes and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
