Egg Salad

6 hard boiled eggs, peeled & sliced
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chopped celery
2 Tbsp chopped pickle
2 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper
1 tsp dijon mustard
a little salt or pepper for taste


1. Slice eggs length wise.  Turn eggs a quarter turn and slice again width wise.
2. Combine eggs w/remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well.
