Beef Stroganoff

1 lb beef
1-1 & 1/2 c mushrooms
3 Tbsp oil
1 sm carton of sour cream
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2-3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste


Cut up beef into strips.  Saute meat in oil, with onions and mushrooms.  Add soup, Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 45 minutes, or until meat is tender.  When meat is tender add sour cream and only keep cooking until warm and thoroughly mixed in.

Serve over brown rice or egg noodles.
