1/2 c margarine
1 medium onion
3 medium carrots
4 medium potatoes
1 lb broccoli
1 lb cheese
1/2 can evaporated milk
1/2 c flour
Slice vegetables and dice broccoli. Cook in 3 cups water until tender. Melt 1 stick margarine and stir in flour. Combine until smooth. Add cooked vegetables, cheese, and milk. Salt and pepper to taste.
