Hot Chicken Salad

Serves 8

2 c cooked chicken
2 c cooked rice
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c chopped celery
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt, pepper to taste
1/2 c slivered almonds
2/3 c mayonnaise


Mix all and bake in covered dish for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.


Variations: Top with cheese or crushed corn flakes or chinese noodles.  Also really good on a croissant as a sandwich!
