Serves 8
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c chicken broth
2 c cooked rice
2 c cooked chicken, cubed
1 large can chow mein noodles
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped green onion
1 - 20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg frozen peas, thawed
1 c grated cheese
1/2 c slivered almonds
1/2 c coconut
Combine soup, broth, and chicken and heat. On each individual plate layer all ingredients, beginning with rice, noodles, and then chicken mixture. Add the remaining ingredients as you'd like.
